DAY 01 — MUMBAI- SAIGON (VIETNAM)

You will be greeted by local guide and transfer you to your hotel in Saigon –
A vibrant metropolis, Saigon teems with energy, activity and motion. Everywhere you look, you see the meeting of traditional and modern life. The emerging modern skyline stands cheek by jowl with colonial buildings and traditional temples. Outside on the streets, young professionals zip by on Motorcycles, chatting on cell phones; inside the quiet temple courtyards, worshippers pray amidst clouds of incense. Take a short orientation tour includes a quick visit to the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office. Strolling along Dong Khoi Street, formerly known as the Rue Catinat, the main shopping thoroughfare and heart of old colonial Saigon, passing by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the old OPERA HOUSE (both may only be viewed from the outside). China Town (Cholon) - the sprawling, densely packed Cholon retains a traditional Asian feeling, unlike the more modern Saigon city center. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with a visit to Thien Hau Temple, build by the Cantonese congregation and dedicated to the heavenly goddess. Continue to visit Binh Tay Market, the vast wholesale market selling every kind of good from dried foods to T shirts to electronics. Have dinner at Indian restaurant!

 

 

DAY 02 — SAIGON – CUCHI TUNNEL

Proceed for the a half-day tour with the main sites of Saigon including the Reunification Palace where the South finally fell to North Vietnamese troops in 1975; War Remnant Museum which comprehensively documents the travails of the long Vietnam- American War.
Inside are detailed photographic exhibitions; outside is a collection of tanks, planes and weapons. A powerful experience, this museum is guaranteed to provoke strong emotions. Then drive to the famous Cu Chi tunnels - an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels, over 250km in length and up to three levels deep in places, played a huge part in the Viet Cong’s victory over the Americans, allowing them to control a large rural area surrounding Ho Chi Minh City. Today, some of the remaining tunnels have been opened to tourists, offering a unique insight into what underground life must have been like during the ‘American’ war. Drive back to Saigon for shopping at Cholon (Big Market) or Binh Tay Market. Have dinner at Indian restaurant.

Today we discover Saigon City by yourself. In the afternoon, our guide & driver will pick you up and transfer to have dinner at Indian restaurant. Back to hotel for Overnight.

DAY 04 — SAIGON - HANOI

Proceed for the tour of HanoiVietnam's capital, ranks amongst the world's most attractive and interesting cities. It was first the capital of Vietnam in A.D. 1010, and though the nation's capital moved to Hue under the Nguyen dynasty in 1802, the city continued to flourish after the French took control in 1888. In 1954, after the French departed, Hanoi was declared Vietnam's capital once again. The remnants of over 1,000 years of history are still visible here, with that of the past few hundred years wonderfully preserved. After checking in hotel, experience one hour cyclo ride, a great way to admire street life and the city’s beautiful architecture on our way to the fascinating Old Quarter - 36 ancient streets where peddlers continue to trade as they have done for centuries. Have a dinner at Indian restaurant.

 

 

DAY 05 — HANOI CITY TOUR

Proceed for start your full day city tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex consisted of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed Monday and Friday year-round and throughout September to November), Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace (Outside Only), Uncle Ho’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda. Then visit Quan Thanh Temple which is one of the Four Guards of Old Thang Long (Old name of Hanoi City) and is an important historical and cultural relic. Walking 500 meters is Tran Quoc Pagoda which is the oldest pagoda constructed in the sixth century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De and its location is on a small, beautiful islet and bounded by West Lake (Lung of the City). In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university, was built in 1076. Throughout its hundreds of years of activity in the feudal, thousands of Vietnamese scholars graduated from this university. And sightseeing Hoan Kiem Lake (The Lake of the Restored Sword) included Thap But (Pencil Tower), Dai Nghien (Ink Pot) and specially Ngoc Son (Jade Mountain) Temple sat on an island at the North end of Hoan Kiem Lake and is connected to the mainland by a bright red The Huc (Morning Sunlight) Bridge. Then shopping at Trang Tien Plaza or Old Quarter or Dong Xuan Market. Dinner at local restaurant and enjoy a performance of the renowned Water Puppet Theatre — an ancient Vietnamese form of entertainment, which enables the puppeteers to control their active marionettes by levers hidden under the water. Water puppet skits generally enact ancient folklore and legends that are rural in origin, and the theme of water is often present, as it defines so much of Vietnam’s landscape. Drive back to your hotel.Overnight in Hanoi.

 

 

DAY 06 — HANOI – LUNGA PRABANG (LAOS)

Approx time transferring to the Noi Bai International Airport for your international flight to Luang Prabang. Arrive at the airport. You are met and transferred to the hotel.
Proceed for the City Tour.
Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos. After a short rest, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham,Wat Mai; we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

 

 

DAY 07 — LUNGA PRABANG – PARK OU CAVE – KUANGSI WATER FALL

Proceed for a short-guided tour seeing the city's oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple. We then board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes.
In the afternoon, drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths, return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and continue to Ban Phanom, a well known weaving village, return to the city by late evening, for observing the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath.
Overnight in Luang Prabang.

 

 

DAY 08 — LUNGA PRABANG

Breakfast at the Hotel, you are free to discover Luang Prabang City by yourself.
Dinner at Indian restaurant. Back to hotel for Overnight.

 

 

DAY 09 — LUNGA PRABANG - VIENTIANE

Proceed for The National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign, and the Central Market are not to be missed.
After visit these sights,
Board your flight for to Vientiane.

Proceed for the temple toue we see the major temples including the oldest Wat Sisaket, a temple of thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous, sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is Vientiane's own Arc de Triumph, sunset by Mekong Riverside and late evening.

DAY 10 — VIENTIANE – PHNOM PENH (CAMBODIA)

Approx time transfer to airport for an international flight to Phnom Penh.

Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel check in.
The same afternoon, the Royal Palace. The Palace was opened in 1870 under King Norodom, and now contains the Royal Residence, the Throne Hall, the Silver Pagoda, and other buildings. The Silver Pagoda (Wat Preah Keo Morokat) is one of the city's most visited sites and offers a display of priceless Buddhist and historical objects. The Pagoda draws its name with more than 5,000 silver tiles, which cover a floor in the temple. The building serves less as a functioning shrine, no monks currently reside here, than a repository of cultural treasures such as the famous Emerald Buddha and many other valuable statues. From there we will take the cylo ride to visit Wat Phnom, Phnom Penh’s name sake. Overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh

 

 

DAY 11 — PHNOM PENH

This morning explore the National Museum’s collection of Khmer art, which displays over 5,000 objects including statues and other artifacts from Angkor Wat. Then we discover Phnom Penh’s Psar Toul Tom Pong, known as the Russian Market, a great place to hunt for souvenirs, curios, and silks. After lunch at a local restaurant, we visit the Toul Sleng Prison Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek-both grim reminders of Cambodia's bloody past under Pol Pot. It is almost inconceivable to confront the nature of true evil here in this gentle land, but the Buddhist memorial at Choeung Ek, commemorates the 1.7 million victims of the 1975-79 Pol Pot regime. This excursion may prove distressing for some. It is, however, an important piece ofis country’s historical and cultural puzzle. This evening, we will enjoy 1 hour cruise on the Mekong river before sunset.

DAY 12 — PHNOM – SIEM REAP

Morning Breakfast.
Proceed to Airport to board the flight for Siem Reap(Cambodia) Arrive Siem Reap, Straight transfer to hotel ANGKOR CENTURY. Fresh-n-up. Proceed to Rolous Group including Preah Ko, Bakong, Lo Lei. Than tour to Small Circuit including Prasat Kravan (Cardamon sanctuary), Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang (Royal Bath), Ta Prohm (Jungle Temple), Takeo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda. Overnight Siem Reap.

 

 

DAY 13 — SIEM REAP

Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with Colums, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. The same afternoon, we will take Tuk Tuk ride (the common taxi in Cambodia) to cruise around the suburb of Siem Reap, then to visit Artisan D’angkor workshop and local old market “ Psar Chas”. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

 

 

DAY 14 — SIEM REAP - SANGOI

Free at own leisure until the time and transfer to the airport for an international flight to Saigon.
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be picked up and transfer to hotel for checing in. Free at leisure. Overnight in Saigon

 

 

DAY 15 — SANGOI - MUMBAI
