DAY 01 — MUMBAI - ROME

Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City! Relax after your journey or explore this fascinating city on your own. Evening An orientation drive of Rome Including view of St. Peter's Basilica - the perfect start to your Italian holiday!

 

 

DAY 02 — ROME

After Breakfast meet your Sightseeing tour with an expert Local Guide starts at the Vatican Museums. Admire Michelangelo’s magnificent frescoed ceiling in the Sistine Chapel. Visit St. Peter's Basilica, a Renaissance masterpiece! Your guided tour continues across the Tiber River. See the Forum, of daily life in ancient Rome. Visit the Colosseum, the largest in the Roman Empire. See the Circus Maximus where Ben Hur-style chariot racing took place. Spend free time discovering more of the city or relax at a pavement café and watch the world go by.
And finally the TREVI FOUNTAIN to toss a coin & make a wish – the legend says you will visit once again

 

 

DAY 03 — ROME – SORRENTO

Today You have OPTION TO ENJOY….

Your expert Local Guide takes you on a fascinating walking tour of the excavations at Pompeii - buried for centuries under a layer of volcanic ash when Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. Arrive later at your hotel in Sorrento.

 

 

DAY 04 — SORRENTO - ISLE OF CAPRI EXCURSION

Today we Enjoy Cruise to the Isle of Capri. Journey to the town by funicular railway and enjoy a walking tour with your expert Local Guide, who gives a superb history of the area.
This scenic full-day trip to Capri is a must for any visitor to Italy! You'll sail across the Gulf of Naples to the island of Capri, known as the 'Pearl of the Mediterranean', where you have the option to take a boat ride to the beautiful Blue Grotto and take in stunning views from Anacapri. Capri's Blue Grotto is known throughout the world for its size, the intense blue tones of its interior and the magical silvery light which emanates from the objects immersed in its waters. Visitors can reach the Grotta Azzurra either by bus or taxi from Anacapri; or by boat fromMarina Grande in one of the tour boats which stop at the entrance of the cave during the trip around the island.
In order to enter the Grotta Azzurra visitors climb aboard small rowing boats, with a capacity for two, maximum three, passengers and, lying on the bottom of the boat, enter the low and narrow mouth of the cave. Entrance to the cave is not possible in the presence of south westerly and mistral winds. The entrance to the Grotta Azzurra is formed by a small natural opening in the rocky wall, roughly 2 meters wide and 2 meters high

 

 

DAY 05 — SORRENTO

After Breakfast we have OPTION: Only a short drive from the hotel lies Pompeii, the opulent Roman town which was preserved by layers of ash from the disastrous eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD79. A walking tour with a local guide through the cobbled streets and extensive excavations reveals the daily life of ancient Roman civilisation. Later Relax back at Hotel

 

 

DAY 06 — SORRENTO – FLORENCE

Today we proceed for north to the mystical town of Assisi on the slopes of Mount Subasio. Arrive Florence, birthplace of the Renaissance.

After Check in at Hotel we proceed & Cross the Arno Valley to Pisa, a former maritime city on the Ligurian Sea. In the Square of Miracles, home to some of the city’s most famous sights, see the incredible Leaning Tower and the beautifully sculpted marble Cathedral.
See the Baptistery and the cemetery, built on soil brought from Calvary in the Holy Land. Spend free time shopping for souvenirs in Florence, renowned for high quality leather and 18-carat gold jewellery.

 

 

DAY 07 — FLORENCE

After Breakfast we proceed for Half day Tour of Florence & we learn about Florence’s rich cultural history during your sightseeing tour with your expert Local Guide! See Piazza Signoria, with its impressive sculptures and imposing palazzi, and the multi-coloured marble Duomo and Baptistery, famous for its bronze doors with relief sculptures. View the Ponte Vecchio, one of the city’s most famous landmarks. Finish at the Academy of Fine Arts, home of Michelangelo's statue of David.

 

 

DAY 08 — FLORENCE – MARALLENO – MILAN

DAY 09 — MILAN

After Breakfast Today we have OPTION to experience full day tour of Milan & visit the famous attraction including Sightseeing tour of Milan: the mysteries and treasures of the main Cathedral, a forest of gothic spires; La Scala (outside), the world's most famous opera theatre, where music has taken up residence; the Sforzesco Castle, with its imposing silhouette, which is one of the city's symbols (outside). Late Afternoon we proceed to Visit Factory of Versace

 

 

DAY 10 — MILAN - VENICE

After Breakfast we drive all the way to Venice Mestre
We cross the Veneto plains to Venice, a Byzantine city constructed in a lagoon, with an incredibly rich cultural and artistic heritage. This evening, you might like to take a gondola ride along enchanting canals - it’s the perfect introduction to this magical city!
Upon Arrival Check In Hotel
Today We have Savour the unique sights of Venice as you cruise by private launch to St. Mark's Square. See the Bridge of Sighs, Palladian Churches, Customs House, Grand Canal, St Mark's Basilica and the ornate Doge's Palace. Stroll across St. Mark's Square to one of the oldest glass-blowing workshops on the islands to see a demonstration of this ancient craft. Free time is an opportunity to visit the Fine Arts Academy, simply relax at a café on St. Mark's Square
Your boat trip along the Grand Canal to the Rialto Bridge with your expert Local Guide is lively and engaging. Explore the colourful centuries-old fish market on your small group sightseeing walking tour, which continues through the narrow streets. See the beautiful architecture, including Marco Polo’s house. For the rest of the day you are free to visit the sights of your choice.

 

 

DAY 11 — VENICE – MURANO ISLAND EXCURSION

Today we have OPTION to Visit The island of Murano, Venice is the home of the world-famous Murano Glass. Take a private Glass shopping tour of Murano to see the finest examples of Murano Glas
A 9 minute water boat ride from the Fondamente Nuove , north of Venice, is located the island of Murano. This is where everyday life revolves around the glass making industry. Water plays a large role in life on Murano probably more so than in Venice and they have their own grand canal. The only bridge is ‘Ponte Longo', made of iron and built in 1866.

 

 

DAY 12 — VENICE – INNSBRUCK

DAY 13 — INNSBRUCK

Today evening we proceed straight for Orientation tour of this lovely city. We see THE GOLDEN DACHL - the little Golden Roof & the beautiful splendours of Innsbruck.
We also visit the famous SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL SHOWROOM where you can shop world’s finest crystal.

 

 

DAY 14 — INNSBRUCK

After Breakfast we proceed for Local Sight Seeing Tour….
The Olympic town of Innsbruck is the only major city in the European Alps, and offers its visitors a combination of culture, history and nature. See the world's largest crystal at Swarovski's Crystal World and pass by the venues of the Winter Olympic Games of 1964 and 1976.
Enjoy a drive along some of Bavaria's most beautiful lakes as you travel through the Karwendel mountains to Innsbruck, the city of the Golden Roof, and the Tirolean capital. Afternoon we have option to Enjoy Alpine Zoo

 

 

DAY 15 — INNSBRUCK – SALZBURG

After Breakfast we proceed for Innsbruck Station We board Our Train for Salzburg
Upon Arrival we walk down to Check In Hotel Today we have Option to visit several Local Sights Including ……
Mirabell Gardens: The Mirabell Gardens were laid out in the 18th century. Maria and the children were seen dancing around the statue of Pegasus, the winged horse, and throughout the gardens singing 'Do-Re-Mi'.
St.Gilgen and Lake Wolfgang: Scenery shown at the beginning of the movie was filmed at Lake Fuschl on the way to St. Gilgen. Like the Mozart family, visitors from all over the world appreciate the beautiful village in the Salzkammergut.
Wedding Church Mondsee In Mondsee Cathedral the film wedding between Julie Andrews as Maria and Christopher Plummer as the Baron took place.

 

 

DAY 16 — SALZBURG

After Breakfast proceed for full day tour of Sound of Music Tour. Sound of Music Tour
A wonderful ride with breathtaking views of the landscape where the opening scenes were filmed. Relax and listen to the original Sound of Music soundtrack. The English speaking guide not only shows the highlights of the film 'Sound of Music' but also the historical and architectural landmarks in the city, as well as a part of the picturesque lake district
Leopoldskron Castle The front side of the castle was used as the Trapp family home, the children were boating on the Leopoldskron Lake and fell into the water. The Venetian room copied from the castle and used as the ballroom.
Hellbrunn Castle This hunting castle was built in the early 17th century by Prince-Archbishop Markus Sittikus. In the gardens the glass pavillion was reconstructed for the pleasure of those fans still returning after 30 years.

 

 

DAY 17 — SALZBURG - VIENNA

After Breakfast proceed for Vienna Upon Arrival we Check In Hotel
Late Afternoon we proceed for City Tour of Vienna
Today you can Visit the famous & the highlight of this tour is a visit of the showrooms of Schönbrunn Palace. In this former summer residence of the Habsburg family lived e.g. Maria Theresia. On the way back to the opera bus will pass by the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen, which houses the largest and the most precious Gustav Klimt collection in world.

 

 

DAY 18 — VIENNA

Today we have OPTION to Enjoy Full day Tour of Vienna
Tour Vienna Woods & City.
It’s a half-day excursion, which demonstrates the most beautiful sights of the southern part of Vienna Woods. Passing the Roman City of Baden which is famous for its thermal springs, the bus drives through the romantic valley Helenental to the former Mayerling hunting lodge, (visit of memorial chapel), where Crown Prince Rudolph together with Baronesse Vetsera died tragically in 1889. In the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz (1133) travelers visit the Medieval cloister, which houses the remains of last the Babenberger.
Then the tour proceeds via the Höldrichsmühle and arrives at the Seegrotte. After a boat ride on the largest subterranean lake in Europe tourists leave the Vienna Woods and return to Vienna

 

 

DAY 19 — VIENNA

Today we have Option to Enjoy remaining part of Vienna & this tour gives an overall impression of the most significant sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse guide shows numerous magnificent buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district the Museums Quartier, the former Habsburg winter residence, the Hofburg, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater.

 

 

DAY 20 — VIENNA – ZELL AM SEE

After Breakfast we proceed for One of the Picture Perfect Town/City of Austria... Zell Am See

With an alpine valley, magnificent mountains and a gleaming lake for a backdrop, you could be forgiven for thinking you’re in a postcard when spending coach holidays in Zell am See. DAY 21 — ZELL AM SEE

After Breakfast we proceed for Kitzbühel and Pinzgau Train (optional). Optional excursion with a ride on the Pinzgau train from Zell-am-See to the town of Mittersill then continue by coach to the walled town of Kitzbühel where you will have free time to explore
