DAY 00 — MUMBAI

DAY 01 — FAIRBANKS

Arrive Fairbanks airport and proceed to check in at Hotel
Later we depart for CITY TOUR of Fairbanks and visit EL DO RADO GOLDMINE.

 

 

DAY 02 — FAIRBANKS – BARROW 1.30 hr flight

Take flight for the Top of the World! Early in the morning depart from Fairbanks aboard a scheduled flight bound for Barrow, the northernmost city in the U.S. En route, you'll cross the Arctic Circle. On arrival in Barrow, you will be transferred to your hotel.

This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Barrow. Local guides will share their knowledge of the environment and animal behavior, which have continued to be essential for day-to-day survival of Alaska's Inupiat Eskimos. During the day, you will visit and participate in various sightseeing and cultural activities, which may include learning the ceremonies and traditions of the 4,000 year-old native culture as you tour the new Inupiat Heritage Center, taking part in native dances, and/or watching a traditional blanket toss. Your tour includes a chance to examine the unique flora of the tundra up close, view the Arctic Ocean, and take a walk on the beach as far north as you're ever likely to go! DAY 03 — BARROW – FAIRBANKS – DENALI

120 mi – about 3 hours

After breakfast we depart to the airport to board flight for Fairbanks. Arrive Fairbanks and proceed by glass-dome traincar to Denali. Be on the lookout for wildlife. The word "Denali" means "the high one" in the native Athabaskan language and refers to the mountain itself. The Alaska Range, a mountainous expanse running through the entire park, provides interesting ecosystems in Denali. Upon Arrival Check In Hotel

 

 

DAY 04 — DENALI

Enjoy a morning at your own pace. Then travel into Denali National Park on Denali Tundra tour. Spend a day and travel almost 60 miles into the wilderness of Denali National Park and the heart of bear country. On the fully-guided Denali Tundra Wilderness Tour, along with 6 hours of wildlife spotting and spectacular scenery, if the weather cooperates, you’ll see Mount McKinley up close. The rest of the afternoon is free to relax or explore.

 

 

DAY 05 — DENALI - TALKEETNA

154 mi – about 4 hours

After breakfast proceed to Talkeetna, Talkeetna is a colorful and interesting town about 14 miles off the Parks Highway. With breathtaking views of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range, Talkeetna looks out over a broad valley where the Susitna, Talkeetna and Chulitna rivers meet. Arrive and proceed for check in the Mt. McKinley. Later proceed for Optional jet safari tour in Talkeetna river OR enjoy helicopter ride (optional)

 

 

DAY 06 — TALKEETNA – COPPER RIVER

245 mi – about 6 hours

After breakfast proceed to depart for Copper River. Arrive and check in Hotel. Featuring spectacular mountain views and breathtaking scenery of the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge is situated on 200 acres at the junction of the Klutina and Copper Rivers. Overnight at Copper River.

 

 

DAY 07 — COPPER RIVER - VALDEZ

106 mi – about 3 hours

After breakfast proceed to Valdez. “Alaska’s Little Switzerland,” Valdez is situated at the head of a deep fjord in the northeast section of Prince William Sound. A small seaside community where the “mountains meet the sea,” it is surrounded by the 5,000 foot tall Chugach Mountains and numerous glaciers. Arrive and check in Hotel

 

 

DAY 08 — VALDEZ – WHITTIER

After breakfast proceed to board a catamaran right at the cruise ship dock. Enjoy a scenic crossing of Prince William Sound to Whittier. Arrive and proceed to discover Kenai Fjords National Park which is a United States National Park established in 1980 by the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act. The park covers an area of approximately 1,760 mi2 on the Kenai Peninsula in south central Alaska. The park contains the Harding Icefield, one of the largest ice fields in the United States. The park is named for the numerous fjords carved by glaciers moving down the mountains from the ice field. The field is the source of at least 38 glaciers, the largest of which is Bear Glacier. DAY 09 — WHITTIER – ALASKA CRUZ

After breakfast proceed Pier and board Seven Nights Alaska Cruise. Explore five star deluxe facilities on your ship everyday, like casino, swimming pool, health club, tennis court, mini golf course, learn about computer or dressing up or walk on the deck or just relax & see different moods of the sea which changes every minute.

DAY 10 — HUBBARD GLACIER (CRUSING)

Hubbard is one of Alaska's few advancing glaciers. Ever on the move, previous activity earned it a nickname — the "Galloping Glacier." Your cruise will capture its explosive power as you linger along its shimmering five-mile-long face.

 

 

DAY 11 — GLACIER BAY NATIONAL PARK (CRUSING)

This spectacular national park and preserve displays massive glaciers that stretch 3.3 million acres from the St. Elias and Fair-weather mountain ranges to the ends of the fjords. It is home to an amazing world of marine life, including humpback whales, sea otters, porpoises and harbor seals. It also possesses the highest concentration of tidewater glaciers on the planet. And access is extremely limited.

 

 

DAY 12 — SKAGWAY

When gold was discovered in the Klondike region of the Yukon Territory (just across the border from Alaska), it resulted in the historic Gold Rush of 1898. As thousands of gold-crazed adventurers sought the best starting point for their arduous trek, they found the deepest penetration possible by boat was at the northern tip of the Lynn Canal. This is how Skagway was born.

 

 

DAY 13 — JUNEAU

Juneau, the capital of Alaska, was founded during a gold rush in 1880. Today, the former gold-mining town counts among its riches some of Alaska's most spectacular scenery. Nestled at the foot of Mt. Juneau in the Alaska Panhandle, it faces the water from the mainland side of Gastineau Channel. Several magnificent fjords are located along the channel coast, and the majestic Mendenhall Glacier, a favorite of visitors, is nearby.

 

 

DAY 14 — KETCHIKAN

Ketchikan originated as an Indian fish saltery, but the town's major growth began when it became a supply base and entry port for miners during the 1898 Gold Rush to the Klondike. Much of the town's colorful past is still in evidence, especially in the nearby Indian villages, where you'll see colorfully carved totem poles and hear the fascinating legends that surround them.

 

 

DAY 15 — HIGH SEAS

DAY 16 — VANCOUVER – MUMBAI

Disembark from the cruise in the morning and thereafter proceed towards airport. Take the onwards flight.
